Heartland Assays, Ames Iowa first received A2LA accreditation to the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard in November, 2015. Our most recent A2LA accreditation to the newest version of the standard, ISO/IEC 17025, covers chemical analyses of Vitamin D and 25(OH)-Vitamin D in complex matrices (gel caps, powdered and liquid supplements, mushroom powder, tablets, chewable vitamins, feed/premix, foods, and human/animal tissue) and HMB in biological specimens (plasma, serum, and urine).
