With the global pandemic of COVID-19, Heartland Assays remains committed to the health of our employees as well as serving our customers both now and in the future. With this in mind, we are taking necessary precautions to protect employees and reduce disruptions in lab operations.
At Heartland Assays, we have implemented the following procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and minimize likelihood of exposure:
Employees with symptoms must stay home
High Risk Employees will be working from home
Social distancing of 6’ or more
Non-traditional work hours for production staff to ensure separation and social distancing
Increased personal hygiene measures such as twenty second hand wash and employing hand sanitizer stations
Surface disinfection measures are being employed
Currently, there is no delay in our clients receiving test results or increased turn-around-time; however, we will continue to update you as changes occur during these difficult times.
